Before dispatch

You may request cancellation through order status while the order still shows as awaiting dispatch. Once the packet is packed and handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer available — use the Refund Policy for post-delivery issues.

How to cancel

  • Open order status with your CTR order ID and account email.
  • Submit a cancel request stating the reason.
  • We confirm by email when the order is voided at the till.

Refunds after cancel

Prepaid amounts for cancelled-before-dispatch orders return on the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days after confirmation. COD orders cancelled in time simply do not ship.

Our right to void

CityTribe Farms may cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock failure after confirmation, or PIN codes that partners cannot service. Prepaid buyers receive a full refund in those cases.
